All our classes are based on ability and age, also taking into consideration the group dynamics so that the children in the class are getting the best possible outcomes.
If you have any problems deciding what level/class your child should be in we can organise an assessment. Any other problems with groups, times and days can be discussed to get the best lesson possible for the swimmer.
Baby lessons are 30 mins and cost $16
Baby classes are with a caregiver, the parent is the primary student. The parent then teaching the child. Learning through songs, activities, and using all the senses while having fun. This is a great way to spend some quality time with your child while learning water familiarization, water safety techniques, and skills that will develop mind and body connections. With the added bonus of also getting to meet other like-minded families. You will be surprised at how much your child is learning and it's so much more than just swimming.

Pre-school classes are 20-minute lessons and cost $16
At the age of 3 years old, children are ready to listen and follow instructions. Grouped in levels of ability our groups are small, with few distractions. Still aiming to have fun while introducing skills that will advance the child's swimming and water safety skills.
School-age classes are 30-minute lessons and cost $16
School age classes focus on improving swimming techniques and incorporating water safety with the goal to advance to squad level. The lessons have time for plenty of practice and include games that will help develop skills in a fun way to help keep the lesson fun and interesting while still learning skills.

Aqua aerobics is 45 mins and cost $10
Aqua aerobics at 5.30 Thursdays the cost is $10 for 45 minutes.
This is a low impact high-intensity workout and in water you can get an amazing work-out although care still must be taken to avoid injury.
Senior Ciitizens Aqua Aerobics
Mondays and Thursdays 1.30pm and cost $8 with gold card for 45 minutes
This is more gentle exercises for adults that want to keep moving. You still get a great workout with the water helping to promote healing. By using the water, movements can be effortless and less painful than when on land.
Tuesday 1.45 -2.30 and Saturday at 1.00pm and cost $10 for 45 minutes
Exercising in water during pregnancy is a great opportunity to keep your body moving without the pain or discomfort that you may experience with weight bearing activities.
